Welcome home to your Downtown Retreat! This charming home is set in the heart of downtown Lake Geneva. Two blocks from the lake and only a few blocks from downtown shopping, restaurants, bars, and the beach! This home is convenient for all your needs. Take a stroll into town or enjoy the lovely homes as you walk around the lake. This home is lovable from the exterior and absolutely fabulous on the interior. This home has the highest of finishes and is always maintained in impeccable condition. This home sleeps 15 comfortably. You are sure to fall in love with it the moment you walk through the front door. 

When it comes to staying near downtown Lake Geneva, it is all about Location!!! You can't get much better than walking distance to downtown Lake Geneva. We are excited to share our new home with you. This charming designer appointed home has all the modern amenities. 

The home has 5 bedrooms with 3 king beds, 2 queen beds, 2 twin XLs, each with their own trundle, a twin air mattress, and a Pack n' Play. There are 3 magnificent bathrooms, 2 on the second floor and one on the main floor. You will think you are at a spa in these bathrooms! Two washers & dryers are located on the lower level. The kitchen is fully equipped with wonderful amenities and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a large meal. Share stories and laughter over delicious cuisine in the dining room with a 10-person table. The island in the kitchen will seat 6. The backyard has a patio with a gas grill, comfortable outdoor furniture, and plenty of grass for the kids to run around. All of the comforts of home while vacationing in this beautiful treasure! Our home is the perfect place to be able to relax and enjoy this gorgeous area and also be able to enjoy the activities just moments away in Downtown Lake Geneva, Williams Bay, Delavan, and Fontana. 

Location:
Nothing beats this homes location to everything Lake Geneva has to offer! You're just blocks from downtown with local shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Look for souvenirs at Fancy Fair Mall before dining on seafood at Popeye's on Lake Geneva. 
Change into your bathing suit and walk a few blocks to Lake Geneva Riviera Beach for a fun day on the sand! Explore the lake with a tour through Lake Geneva Cruise Line or rent your own boat at Marina Bay Boat Rentals. The public boat launch is just down the street!

Enjoy renowned golf courses and other recreational activities including boating, fishing, skiing, ice skating, sledding, and zip lining. Don’t forget all the festivals and special events!

Bedrooms: 
There are two bedrooms on the main level and the three other bedrooms are on the second level.

Master Bedroom: King Bed, Twin Air Matress, and Pack n' Play | Bedroom 2: King Bed | Bedroom 3: 2 Queen Beds | Bedroom 4: King Bed| Bedroom 5: Two twin XLs each with their own trundle 

Bathrooms:
There are 3 full bathrooms each with double vanities. The 1st is located right outside the master bedroom on the main level. The second bathroom is an on suite to the 2 queen room on the second floor. The third bathroom is an off the hallway on the second level outside the King and Twin Trundle room.

Parking: 
5 cars can be parked in the driveway of the unit.

Other things to note

- Renter must be 25 years of age or older.
- An additional signed contract is required to confirm your reservation. The contract will be emailed to you and can be signed electronically.
